Las Juntas Elementary School

Design and construction of a new 45,000 SF school to replace the existing occupied school facility. New construction included: 23 classrooms; library; multipurpose room with stage and warming kitchen; and administrative offices. Scope also included demolition of existing buildings and construction of new playground and landscape areas, plus an outdoor lunch shelter. Geo-Engineering self-performed the complete wood framing package, concrete foundations, footings, slab-on-grade, installation of skylights, wood trim, and site retaining walls.
