Geo-Engineering Solutions supported PG&E for over two years in addressing claims arising from the 2015 Butte Fire in Calaveras County, California. The fire, ignited by vegetation contacting power lines, ultimately burned more than 70,000 acres. Our engineers and geologists evaluated slope stability, erosion, and geotechnical claims resulting from the fire’s aftermath. Working closely with PG&E’s legal team and a network of consultants, we helped efficiently assess and resolve claims, supporting the needs of affected parties and contributing to effective settlement strategies.
