Coors G150 Plant Modernization

This major upgrade to the historic Coors Brewery included removing older cooling ponds and construction of new brewing facilities. Extensive value engineering and geotechnical analysis was performed to allow for the use of high-capacity shallow foundations and save over $3 million in foundations costs. Extensive settlement monitoring was performed during the construction process to verify the value engineering decisions.
