John Muir Elementary School

This design-build elementary school campus project includes a 52,539 square foot classroom building with both kindergarten classrooms and elementary classrooms, a 1,036 SF kitchen, and a multipurpose room. Exterior improvements include new landscaping and play areas. Construction took place in two increments: the first was demolition, site grading, electrical infrastructure and retaining walls. Increment 2 was phased construction of the new building and parking lot.
