Oakland Hills Slope Stability Complex

Geo-Engineering Solutions has been representing multiple parties in a complex residential slope stability litigation issue. The site was initially developed in the late 1920’s and has experienced recent possible drainage and slope stability issues. The project involves both public agencies as well as individual property owners in a very complex slope stability issue that extends to over 20 individual lots. Due to the size there are multiple experts involved which requires a high level of coordination with multiple theories of causation as well as opinions on failure mechanisms.
