We provided the Geotechnical design services for this new 32-acre sports facility in Brentwood, California. The site will include new sports fields and associated site improvements including parking and ancillary buildings. Geotechnical this site is challenging due to it’s highly expensive clay soils. Special soil treatment consisting of lime stabilization will be required to provide a durable and long-term field surface. Geo-Engineering Solutions worked closely with the project design team to integrate these solutions into the construction documentation.
