Theater and STEM Building

This phased, occupied campus project included preconstruction and construction services for the new 42,700 SF, three-story STEAM Classroom Building that houses classrooms, labs, admin offices, collaborative spaces, an equipment preparation room, and a walkout basement.

This project was a geotechnically challenging project with old fills placed during the original construction in the 1920’s and differential bearing conditions. The construction required deep foundations, shoring, and excavation into hard bedrock conditions.
